The Rancho Santa Teresa Subdivision "RST" encompasses 580 acres of land which is generally located west of McNutt Road and north of Airport Road. The Subdivision is planned to be constructed in eight phases and upon completion will consist of approximately 2384 residential lots, multiple parks, and open spaces.
The Rancho Santa Teresa Subdivision is divided into two Public Improvement Districts. They are known as:
The Rancho Santa Teresa Public Improvement District (“RSTPID”). The RSTPID consists of 1286 residential lots plus multiple areas designated as parks, trails, and open spaces. The parks, trails and open spaces are public improvements to be maintained by the City of Sunland Park.
And,
The Puesta Del Sol Public Improvement District (“PDSPID”). The PDSPID consists of 1099 residential lots plus multiple areas designated as parks, trails, and open spaces. The parks, trails and open spaces are public improvements to be maintained by the City of Sunland Park.
